Daniel was born in Prescott, AR and raised in Bodcaw, AR. He graduated from Bodcaw High School in 1981. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Central Baptist College and a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry from Trinity University. Daniel became the pastor of First Baptist Church Damascus in June of 2005. Previous to joining the staff at FBCD, he served as pastor of First Baptist Church of Waldo, AR for eight years. He was also the pastor of churches in Oklahoma and Texas. He and his wife Gwenda have four children that are now married and some of them have children. Their daughter Allison and husband John; their son Jared and wife Stephanie with their children Greyson and Harper; their son Alex and wife Megan with their children Felix and Peyton; and their daughter Jade and husband Zach.

Colter was born and raised in Damascus, AR. He was saved at a young age and became a member of FBC Damascus. He graduated from South Side Bee Branch High School in 2011.  At the age of 23, Colter surrendered to the ministry after helping in the youth program for several months. He became the Youth Pastor of First Baptist Church Damascus in December of 2016. He graduated from Central Baptist College in Conway, AR where he majored in Bible and minored in Pastoral Studies. Colter and his wife, Olivia, were married in the Summer of 2022 and currently reside in Damascus.
