In the Bible, Deuteronomy 6:5-7 says,
“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up.”
Here at FBC Damascus, we provide an environment where the love of God is taught, demonstrated, and experienced. We enjoy partnering with parents to help raise their children to learn and grow in the Lord. There are different opportunities for children to be involved here at FBC Damascus. Below is a list of classes, times, and more information about our Children's Ministry. We also schedule events throughout the year like VBS, field trips, camp, fun days, etc… so be sure to check the website, church calendar, and weekly bulletin to stay informed!

Here's a short video about The Gospel Project for Kids
THE GOSPEL PROJECT for KIDS
WEDNESDAY NIGHTS 6:30-7:30PM
for kids ages 3yrs-6th grade
The Gospel Project for Kids takes children on a Christ-centered, chronological journey through Scripture. They will discover how the gospel unfolds from Genesis through Revelation. When kids truly experience the gospel, their hearts are transformed. It is the gospel, not good behavior, that changes everything. Each week, these stories come to life through video, music, activities, and more!
The Gospel Project for Kids is held Wednesday nights from 6:30-7:30pm in our church fellowship hall.
(Please have your child in the fellowship hall by 6:20pm if you would like for them to receive a light snack.)
* The Gospel Project program at FBCD is only held Wednesday nights during the South Side-Bee Branch Public Schools school term schedule. If the school is out for any reason, The Gospel Project program will not be in session either.
